Payment and cancellation

Cancellation/pre-payment: Cancellation and pre-payment conditions vary depending on the type of accommodation. You book directly with the owner of this accommodation. After payment or prepayment, the following cancellation conditions of the landlord apply: the guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the guest must pay the full booking price.

Refundable deposit: A refundable deposit of 250 EUR is required. A deposit invoice will be sent digitally and should be paid before arrival. The deposit will be refunded 48 hours after departure, after checking for any damage to the accommodation.

Payments: After you submit your booking, you will receive an invoice for your stay within 48 hours.

Prices: The starting price varies depending on the season from 350 euros to 420 euros per night on weekdays or 350 euros to 515 euros on weekends.
